What to expect
Briefing & feasability
We always start each project by listening carefully to your requirements, aspirations and objectives. This approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of your vision. It’s at this early stage we can address the feasibility, determining if we’re the best people for the project.
Design concept
Through a series of sketches, 3D models, plans, elevations, and precedent imagery we will provide you with our design proposals, ensuring that the look and feel of your project is in line with your vision, brief and budget. We will prepare a planning application and gather any additional information required from other specialist consultants.
Technical design
Once you’re happy with the design concept and planning is granted, we’ll prepare a full package of construction information. This will provide your chosen contractor with all the information they need to physically build your project; construction of the walls and roof, mechanical and electrical layouts and finishing specs from floors to ceilings. If you haven’t got a preferred contractor in mind, we can also send this information to several contractors for a competitive tender.
Manufacture & construction
The work is set out and the construction process begins. Throughout the whole process we’ll be there to help manage the project by ensuring everything is on plan, attending site meetings and solving queries.
Handover
We ensure the project meets your expectations and our high standards. Once we’re both happy, the project is handed over.
Listed building architecture
Our architects are well versed in providing all the required information to obtain consent for works to a listed building, whether it be for maintenance & repair, full internal refurbishments, or extensions and alterations to Listed Buildings.
