What areas do you cover?
Whilst we are based in Shipley, West Yorkshire we cover the whole of the UK and Internationally on occasion. We’re regularly in and around London, Birmingham, Manchester.

Do I need the full package?
Our full package is best if you want your project handled from start to finish. However, if you’re just looking for a singular service such as a design plans or planning applications we can provide these for a fixed fee.
How do your fees work?
Typically, we work on a % of the refurbishment cost for example:
• £50,000 project would equate to a 12% fee (£6,000+ VAT)
• £100,000 project would equate to a 10% fee (£10,000+ VAT)
• £200,000 project would equate to an 8% fee (£16,000+ VAT).
The higher the project cost the lower the percentage.
Fees for one-off services are charged at a fixed rate.
What accreditations do you have?
We’re chartered members of RIBA (Royal Institute of British Architects) and SBID (Society of British & International Interior Design).
Do you work with small businesses?
Of course, we’ve worked with lots of growing and local bars, restaurants, leisure centres, cafes, takeaways and hotels to help them reach the next level.
